Refund policy


Delivery times 

All orders are shipped from Dayboro QLD, please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Shipments are then dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays, as we are rural this can take up to 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

Returns 

Nightjar Fragrances take great pride in our products, regrettably, if something is not up to scratch, please take a photo and email us on nightjarfragrances@gmail.com

Change of heart?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can refund or exchange your goods within 7 business days of taking receipt of your order.  After 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Return goods must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened and show no signs of damage for reasons not due to our error. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will need to cover the cost for return postage to Dayboro QLD, and we will cover the cost of sending out a replacement.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, used candles, diffusers, room sprays,  and personal care goods (such as soap products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please also be advised that postage is not refundable. 

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
